This is a commission piece for :iconsirdelundo: and I'm quite happy with the result. I bear the shame of not having watched Ghost in the Shell yet, though it anxiously rests in my PSP just waiting to be played.

It's funny I'm seeing so much GitS art these days (well not SO much...just yours and a piece by :iconscruffyronin:) while I decided to start watching the Stand Alone Complex series all over again on Netflix.

I haven't played the PSP game, but I can tell you that the PS2 game based on the series is incredibly fun. All the voices from the show are in the game and the story is just as compelling as anything they've done in the anime movies and series.

Great job with the Major, and I love the techno background too.

Thanks, GitS is a movement that I've somehow managed to miss out on. I dont actually have the game, its a UMD disc of the movie that I managed to find in a bargain bin at Walmart some time ago, but I've just never gotten around to watching. I also picked up Perfect Blue at the same time, and though it's a bit dated now, I enjoyed it.

I love Perfect Blue too. One of the few movies I re-watch from time to time.

If you have a Netflix account, you can watch just about everything GitS through instant watch...that is, the original movie, both 26-episode Stand Alone Complex series, and the movie Solid State Society that occurs after the two SAC series in the timeline. The only thing not on there is the one called "Innocence", but you could rent that on DVD. I was late in getting into the "movement" myself and didn't even discover how deep it all is until I saw it all on Netflix.

You haven't watched Ghost in the Shell?

WOW... The 2 movies are practically classics, and the SAC series' were incredible! Get to work!!!

Wow, just love how you drew Motoko! The colors and the background looks awesome!!!

Also i always enjoy when you try drawing some nice booty! Especially on known TV/cartoon babes.
